Our School Day

The School Day 2026-2027

School is open to educate children for 32.5 hours per week, broken down as follows:

EYFS/KS1

Doors open from 8:50am

School starts at 9am

Start of the day activity 8:50-9:05am 

Worship 9:05-9:25am

EYFS active playtime 10:15-10:30am

KS1 playtime 10:30-10:45am

EYFS lunchtime: 12noon-1pm

Lunchtime 12-1pm

Afternoon playtime at class teacher's discretion 

School finishes 3:30pm

Mindfulness session takes place in each class every week, along with a weekly My Happy Mind session and an outdoor learning session. 

KS2

Doors open from 8:50am

School starts at 9am

Worship 9:05-9:25am

KS2 playtime 10:45-11am

Lunchtime 12:05-1pm

School finishes 3:30pm

Story time takes place in all classes at least twice per week

Mindfulness/Zones of Regulation sessions take place at least 3 times per week in each class, along with a weekly My Happy Mind session and an outdoor learning session.
